Job responsibilities

- Independently or collaboratively conduct research projects on medical robots, including but not limited to robot-assisted surgery, robot-assisted rehabilitation equipment, and other related fields.
- Design and execute experiments, collect, organize, and analyze experimental data to extract key insights regarding the performance and effectiveness of medical robots.
- Take responsibility for project progress management to ensure timely project delivery while assisting in resolving potential issues.
- Engage in interdisciplinary research by closely collaborating with medical experts, engineers, and other researchers to advance innovative developments in the field of medical robotics.
- Prepare research reports and academic papers while actively participating in academic conferences and journals to share research findings.
- Actively contribute to the daily management of the laboratory by maintaining experimental equipment and providing assistance in training interns.

Job Requirements

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in medicine, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field from a reputable domestic 985/211 university or an overseas university is preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience are required, with preference given to candidates with research experience in medical robotics. Exceptional candidates may be considered without work experience if they hold a doctoral degree.
- Strong interest and passion for the field of medical robotics, along with the ability to independently conduct research and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis, as well as familiarity with relevant tools and software.
- Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive project progress.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English (both written and verbal), enabling clear dissemination of research findings.
- Prior project management experience is desirable.
