Job responsibilities

Responsible for the overall project planning and life cycle management of new products from project initiation to project closure, responsible for project progress and results;

Continuously optimize the project management process to ensure the efficiency, quality and compliance of project development;

Responsible for the statistical analysis of various project management data;
-
Responsible for the communication and coordination of project related personnel, and regularly report the project status to the company management;
-
Presided over the technical review and decision review meeting at each stage of the project, followed up the closed-loop results of the remaining problems of the project;
-
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of project management experience in medical device industry, complete and successful project management experience, PMP certification and Agile project manager certification is preferred;

Familiar with three types of medical device research and development process, proficient in project management tools;
-
Excellent learning ability, logical thinking ability and risk control awareness, able to identify problems and output effective solutions;
-
Strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, goal-oriented execution ability and problem solving ability;
-
Have excellent communication skills to meet the needs of cross-department, cross-role and cross-team communication and collaboration.
