Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, including but not limited to examining market trends, evaluating market capacity, and assessing the advantages and disadvantages of competitive products.
Develop a strategic product roadmap by accurately defining product performance, functionalities, and key features; organize and complete the writing and review of requirement documents.
Actively participate in the research and development process by effectively communicating clinical needs to the R&D team and reviewing design proposals.
Manage the entire product life cycle encompassing resource coordination, schedule control, critical decision-making, stage acceptance to ensure successful attainment of quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives.
Facilitate seamless transfer of product information downstream while collaborating with marketing teams to devise effective marketing strategies.
Fulfill any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Possess a Master's degree or above in biomedical engineering or computer science; preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from overseas universities as returnees.
Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in high-end medical devices, intelligent hardware or artificial intelligence industries.
Demonstrate strong business acumen along with strategic thinking abilities; exhibit exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving purposes; incorporate industry best practices while taking accountability for delivering outstanding results throughout the product lifecycle.
Exhibit excellent written expression skills along with cross-departmental communication abilities for effective coordination.
Display teamwork spirit coupled with a strong sense of responsibility; thrive under pressure while actively driving forward product development initiatives.
