Clinical Manager - JOIN US

Job responsibilities

Responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing clinical research projects, developing project management systems and processes, and ensuring the progress and quality of clinical research projects.
Responsible for screening and collaborating with clinical research institutions, facilitating communication between clinical medical experts and review experts.
Organize and complete the writing, reviewing, and revising of registration and application materials such as clinical summary reports and clinical research reviews.
Provide medical training and support to the project team or other departments within the company.
Supervise the transformation and publication of clinical research results while participating in formulating the company's new technology/product research strategy.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Hold a master's degree or above in Clinical Medicine or Pharmacy-related majors.
Possess over 8 years of experience in conducting medical/clinical support for Class III medical device companies or CROs along with more than 3 years of team management experience.
Experience in oncology or surgical robot clinical research is preferred.
Proficient in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines, familiar with regulations related to clinical trials; extensive experience in writing protocols, study reports, designing medical monitoring plans as well as their implementation.
Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility; excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively; possess strong problem-solving abilities; adaptability to high-intensity work environments with fast-paced demands; exhibit open-mindedness towards innovation while fostering teamwork spirit.
