Actively participate in the development and implementation of the company's commercial operational strategy, assuming full responsibility for procurement, production, operations, and quality management.
Take charge of formulating annual operating plans and total budgets while effectively controlling operating costs to enhance organizational efficiency and individual productivity.
Provide guidance in establishing and enhancing the supply chain management system along with corresponding workflows.
Organize problem-solving initiatives during the production process to ensure closed-loop control and effective management of quality issues.
Support product research and development by offering valuable operational insights that contribute to effective suggestions for product iteration.
Conduct market forecasting and intelligence analysis on peer/similar products' development status, providing essential data support for significant decision-making within the company.
Successfully accomplish additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
A Master's degree or higher. Mechanical, electronic, material, biomedical engineering or other relevant fields is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience working in the medical device industry with at least 5 years of experience managing production, operations and quality control for three types of medical devices.
Candidates who have previously held positions as head of production and operations at a large medical device company or director of operations at a high-growth startup are highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical device regulations and ISO13485 quality system requirements is also preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking skills along with excellent decision-making abilities.
Must be driven to succeed while possessing exceptional communication and coordination skills.
