Recently, the Grand Finals of the 1st Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurship Competition concluded successfully in Foshan. As a key event in the Greater Bay Area, this competition was co-hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Central Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province. It was co-organized by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Guangdong Province, as well as the cities of Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and South China University of Technology.

In the Pharmaceutical Health and Biomanufacturing track of this competition, 1,058 projects registered. With its unique product innovation leadership and outstanding project presentation, Hanglok Technology won the first place in the semi-finals of this track, becoming a benchmark entrepreneurial enterprise from Zhuhai City and the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone that advanced to the national grand finals of the Pharmaceutical Health and Biomanufacturing track.

On September 27, the Grand Finals of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurship Competition were held in Foshan. Hanglok Technology delivered its consistent excellent performance, won high scores from the on-site judges, and was awarded the Gold Award of the Grand Finals. At the award ceremony, leaders from the Economic and Technological Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government and the National Talent Mobility Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security presented the Gold Award.

Furthermore, Hanglok Technology, as a representative of entrepreneurial enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, was recommended to participate in the entrepreneurial resource matching activity of the grand finals. In the end, Hanglok Technology’s project “Multi-Loop Feedback Puncture Surgical Robot” received a total of RMB 85 million in intentional investment from multiple investment institutions, among which the highest intentional investment from a single fund reached RMB 50 million.
